ROSEMERRYN: STAGE 23

STAGE PROGRESS

Council sign off (Section 224 RMA) of the works completed in Stage 23 has been issued, which means that titles should be issued in January 2026.

The Street Trees (locations identified on the sales plan) will be planted in Autumn, along with those in Stage 24 (the final stage at Rosemerryn) which is due to be completed then.
